After a decade as Festival Director of the Singapore Arts Festival, Ching Lee founded CultureLink Singapore continuing her passion in catalysing creative and collaborative opportunities for artists across borders and disciplines. She champions work by Singapore artists, and is the co-producer for Dragon Ladies Don’t Weep featured in AsiaTOPA. She also represents Akram Khan Company, Hotel Pro Forma and U-Theatre in the Asia/Australasian region
