Emma has over 15 years’ experience working as a creator and producer of dance, community and festival projects throughout Australia and internationally, including the Vrystaat Festival (South Africa), ANTI Festival (Finland), Sydney Festival (NSW) Dancehouse, FOLA, Melbourne Fringe Festival, Next Wave (Vic), Tracks (NT), Dark
Mofo, Mona Foma, Tasdance, Ten Days on the Island, Festival of Voices, Junction Arts Festival and Tasmania Performs (Tas).

From 2006-2009 Emma led the education arm of Tasmania’s professional dance company, Tasdance, and in 2010 she became Artistic Director of Stompin. During her six year tenure, she created and produced six large scale, highly successful site responsive works across Tasmania. In 2014 she was selected as one of four Tasmanian’s to be mentored as a Creative Producer in the Producing Cultural Leaders Program, and in 2015 she received the Regional Arts Australia International Professional Development Fellowship. As well as her freelance work, Emma is the Artistic Director of Salamanca Arts Centre.
