Exchange: Neighbourhood
In partnership with TNA, and co-curated with Next Wave, NEIGHBOURHOOD DARWIN is the third in Theatre Network Australia’s (TNA) ‘deconstructed’ Australian Theatre Forum 2021 gatherings.
Neighbourhood Darwin is a reimagining of the existing structures that sit within our industry and turning them on their heads. As a sector we have said we will ‘do things differently’ and ‘build back better’, but what could that look like? Starting with the themes of Justice, Friendship and Care; Neighbourhood invites you to sit with possibilities of the unknown and the joys of dismantling the known.
Featuring an array of local Darwin artists and arts workers, and facilitated by Jamie Lewis and Haneen Martin from Next Wave, the conversation will examine how we best care for our communities and together we will create new prospects for meaningful change.
TNA & APAM are committed to access and inclusion for all people. We recognise that the experience of disability and accessibility is diverse and unique to individuals. As such we encourage anyone who needs specific services, support or would like to discuss how they can fully engage with the afternoon to email or call us on steph@tna.org.au or (03) 9947 1015.
