COVID19: First Nations Artists Online Meetup

Artist-led Conversations in the wake of COVID19

Stay connected and informed through a series of artist-led Zoom conversations hosted by APAM. These sessions are for artists affected by COVID-19 to meet online and talk about the impacts to their current performance projects. They are offered as virtual meet-up spaces for artists to meet each other, share stories, ideas and strategies.

This meetup is especially convened for Australian First Nations artists and arts workers.

Participation is free and you can participate via Zoom, by using your phone or computer connected to WiFi. Each conversation is being led by artists living and working in locations across Australia. APAM is not providing professional advice and the sessions are not recorded.


Sarah Bell
Sarah is an Aboriginal woman who has grown up on Turrbal country and has connections to Kooma and Gamilaraay lands around Charleville QLD and Moree NSW. Sarah has been around the arts all her life with both her parents being outstanding artists in their own right. Having most recently been working at Milani Gallery in Brisbane as Studio Manager, travelled overseas with artists and exhibitions, her passion for working in the Arts has continued to be fuelled. Sarah is First Nations Lead – Associate Producer at APAM.
