First Nations Industry Program at the APAM Gathering at Darwin Festival

EOIs now open

Open to First Nations producers and self-producing artists, this program brings together a network to share knowledge, expertise and build connections nationally and internationally.

Designed specifically for all levels of skill and expertise and scheduled at times suitable for delegates within Australian, New Zealand and Canadian time zones, the program will be delivered digitally live via Zoom and on our APAM gathering platform Swapcard.

ELIGIBILITY

The First Nations Industry Program is open to First Nations-identifying producers and self-producing artists from Australia, Aotearoa/New Zealand and Canada. Participants accepted into the program will receive a complimentary registration to attend the APAM Gathering at Darwin Festival in person or digitally.

TRAVEL BURSARIES

Independent practitioners from Australia are also eligible to apply for travel support to attend the Gathering in person through the EOI form. A small number of travel bursaries are available to support Australian independent First Nations producers and self-producing artists to attend the Gathering in person in Darwin. Bursaries will provide $1,550 to support travel and living away costs, and the application is part of the EOI form for the First Nations Industry Program. APAM thanks the Besen Family Foundation for their generous support of the bursary program.
