First Timers program EOIs now open

APAM Gathering at DreamBIG

Navigating a marketplace takes experience, especially as we all learn how best to engage internationally in the digital realm, and adjust to the rapid changes in our sector over the last year. In 2021, APAM is continuing its long-running First Timers program for first time attendees to provide guidance, support and some basic tools to enhance your experience of the APAM Gathering at DreamBIG. First Timers will be part of the digital Gathering program, so you can participate wherever you are located. There will also be an additional session in Adelaide for those attending in real life.

It is open to Australian, New Zealand and international artists, producers and presenters.

Through this program First Timers will experience deeper engagement in APAM and an expanded network, as well as confidence and strategic approaches towards international engagement.

The First Timers program is open to people living and working in any country who have an active artistic practice as an Artist/Maker, Producer or Presenter in your own country and have not attended APAM before. A delegate pass must be purchased online by 26 April 2021 in addition to the completion of the EOI form.  You must be available and committed to participating in the full First Timers Program for its duration, as outlined below.

You must purchase your registration online and complete the EOI form by midnight AEST on Monday 26 April.
