These Terms of Use govern the use of the APAM website by you, the website visitor, and include all website functionality available at any one time. The Terms may also relate to relationships Brisbane Powerhouse has with other parties, including but not limited to, its APAM partners.

Brisbane Powerhouse has been granted the use of the Australia Council for the Arts, Brisbane City Council, Queensland Government and Tourism and Events Queensland logos as part of its respective funding and partnership agreements with the individual government body.

During the program application and delegate registration periods, you as the website user may submit content – including but not limited to personal information, contact details, general text, logos, images, videos, PDF files, Word and/or Excel documents - to performingartsmarket.com.au for indicated purposes.

 

When submitting content to performingartsmarket.com.au, you warrant that you are the sole owner of the content or have the legal right to do so. 

 

Furthermore, when submitting content to performingartsmarket.com.au, you give permission to Brisbane Powerhouse and its APAM partners to reuse, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish and communicate to the public the content in any APAM related promotional, advertising or publicity material.

While every step is taken by Brisbane Powerhouse to ensure a flawless upload of content to application, delegate registration and other online forms, we recommend that you always keep a copy of any content you submit to this website.

The APAM website is for everyone, so do not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website.

Brisbane Powerhouse may take any steps it deems necessary in responding to the publication of such material including altering or removing the content and notifying the police.
