performingartsmarket.com.au is the dedicated website for the Australian Performing Arts Market (APAM), an Australia Council for the Arts initiative co-presented by Brisbane Powerhouse in 2014, 2016 and 2018.

These Terms of Use govern the use of the APAM website by you, the website visitor, and include all website functionality available at any one time. The Terms may also relate to relationships Brisbane Powerhouse has with other parties, including but not limited to, its APAM partners.

Brisbane Powerhouse has been granted the use of the Australia Council for the Arts, Brisbane City Council, Queensland Government and Tourism and Events Queensland logos as part of its respective funding and partnership agreements with the individual government body.
