BELOW ARE ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT APAM

DELEGATE REGISTRATIONS

> When will Delegate Registrations Open? 

Delegate registrations will open when the official APAM 2018 program is launched - Wednesday 25 October 2017.

> How can I purchase a Delegate pass to APAM 2018? 

Delegate passes will be available for purchase via the APAM website from Wednesday 25 October 2017

> How much does a Delegate pass cost? 

A select number of delegate passes will be available at an early bird price: $690 AUD +gst (total $759).

After early bird tickets are sold out, the regular ticket price is: $790 AUD +gst (total $869).

> Do I need to register as a delegate if I am part of the APAM 2018 program?

If your APAM 2018 program application is successful, you or your company will receive one complimentary delegate pass for the person that will introduce and represent your work/work in development.

You will be notified 1 September 2017 regarding your application outcome. 

If you are planning for more than one person from your company to attend APAM 2018, you will need to purchase additional delegate passes. 

> My circumstances have changed and I can no longer attend APAM. Can I have a refund on my delegate pass?

APAM offers a AUD$480 (GST inclusive) refund if a request is received on or before Wednesday 31 January 2018. All cancellations must be received in writing to apam@brisbanepowerhouse.org. There are no refunds for cancellations received on or after Thursday 1 February 2018, including non-arrivals.

> Can multiple people in my company use the delegate registration I purchase?

APAM delegate passes are strictly non-transferable. Your delegate pass acts as your ticket throughout APAM and your picture will be printed on your pass.
