Real, raw and uninhibited dance theatre.
Check in to a hotel and encounter a series of experiential dance theatre works. On this travelling adventure, the hotel’s sophisticated bar and lush rooms with views are contrasted by the stark undertones of the nooks and crannies of its back-of-house operations. Guided by an evocative soundscape, the physical conversation takes a similarly diverse journey.
Witness a tender and cheeky duet in a private room, then an urgent physical explosion in the laundry. You’re both voyeur and a key player that is integral in these intricate performances. Challenging themes of visibility, authority, self-worth and relationships with elegance and humour, Intimate Space will surprise and enchant.
Due to the limited capacity of this Showcase, delegates are required to sign up for this event at the Delegate Lounge or at any APAM Information Desk.
