WORKSHOP: HOW TO LISTEN WHEN YOUR DATA IS TALKING

Are your tickets talking to you? Do you know how to listen? Learn to take ownership of your data.

Data talks and one of the greatest sources of crucial chatter on your audience needs and habits is ticketing.  In this workshop Eventfinda Australia’s General Manager Ronit Fazekas discusses listening to the many lessons your tickets could be sharing with you and taking ownership of this data to build your audience.

Eventfinda is Australia’s only ticketing company built on an event and live entertainment marketing platform. They give promoters full control of their own ticketing system and ownership of their data along with robust marketing support.

Some events shout and some whisper. Join us to explore how you can amplify your voice and find the audience that cares as much about your event as you do.

Veronica Bolzon, YIRRAMBOI Executive Producer will be joining Ronit to discuss implementing Eventfinda for their 2017 festival, and the why and how they will use the data gathered and system to grow and build their festival for 2019.

This event has a limited capacity and participating delegates are preselected via an online registration process below.

Ronit Fazekas

Ronit has spent 20 years working in the ticketing business. Having worked for both major ticketing companies and the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games, she followed her passion for the arts moving into the role of Ticketing Manager for The Famous Spiegeltent, Sydney Festival, Melbourne Int Film Festival, Melbourne Int Comedy Festival, Melbourne Fashion Festival and Edinburgh Fringe before heading up the ticketing at the Vic Arts Centre responsible for moving the organisation to its new ticketing system.

From there she moved into a consulting role helping arts organisations implement their own ticketing systems with a focus on using data for audience development. Ronit moved multiple groups like the Garden of Unearthly Delights to their own ticketing system, the system that has now been moved to ticket the whole Adelaide Fringe. This was Ronit's focus until Eventfinda called and gave Ronit the opportunity to be in the position to help support Artists and Arts organisations gain control of their ticketing with integrated marketing resource to build and grow their fan base and in turn revenue.
